Martine Varekamp-Bos
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
Martine, originally from the Netherlands, essentially immigrated to Canada twice. Once as a teenager with her family as self-employed farmers, and a second time with her husband, whom she sponsored. Growing up and still living on a dairy farm, with her husband and three kids, she has close ties to the agricultural sector and specializes in agricultural migration.
In 2003, she graduated from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, with a degree in Marketing, followed by an Immigration Consultant Certificate obtained from Bow Valley College in Calgary in 2008. She passed her full skills exam to become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and subsequently opened Immigration Care. Since then, the Immigration Care team has grown, and they have assisted thousands of individuals and families to make Canada their home and Canadian employers navigate the temporary foreign worker program.
Martine speaks English and Dutch.

Over the years, Sandy has become a steady and trusted presence for both her colleagues and clients. She supports the team in a variety of ways, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and walking alongside clients as they navigate their immigration journeys.

Originally from Ireland, Eoghan immigrated to Canada at the age of 22 and brings a personal understanding of what it’s like to navigate the immigration process. His journey has taken him through working in oilfield services, home renovations, and stints in a deli and butcher shop, eventually leading him—quite unexpectedly—into the field of immigration services. He holds an Immigration Assistant Diploma and has developed a passion for helping others build a future in Canada.
What Eoghan values most about his work is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients—from assisting with their first work permit to supporting their journey toward Canadian citizenship. His approachable nature and firsthand experience make him a steady and supportive presence for both clients and coworkers alike.

Tracey Vandenberg
File Coordinator
Tracey has been a dedicated Immigration Caseworker at Immigration Care since August 2022. She works closely with clients to prepare their immigration applications with care and attention to detail. Currently studying to become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Tracey hopes to complete her certification in the Fall of 2025.
Her passion for immigration stems from her own journey navigating the system. After living abroad in Peru and Japan, she personally experienced the challenges of sponsoring her husband to come to Canada. She understands just how overwhelming the immigration process can be. That’s why she’s committed to making clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.
For Tracey, this work is not only meaningful and rewarding—it’s personal. She loves learning about other cultures, speaks Spanish, and enjoys helping our Spanish-speaking clients feel heard and understood. When she’s not helping clients build a new life in Canada, she’s often found in her garden, reading, travelling, or spending time with her husband and two sons.
Tracey speaks English and Spanish.
